Campaign Story

Hello!

My name is Kylie O’Brien.  I am twenty years old.  In the past months I have been led to believe that the Holy Spirit is calling me to make the pilgrimage of the Camino de Santiago in Spain.  It is a 500 is a five hundred mile journey that pilgrims have been walking for 1000 years.

It is an old tradition for pilgrims to accept provisions for pilgrimage and in return to carry prayer intentions.  This is how I intend to walk the Camino.  As a twenty-year-old with college debt and limited income, it seems both the most plausible and the most humbling way for me to walk the pilgrimage.  I intend to carry every donor and his/her intentions in my heart and prayers on the Camino.  This is no light thing.  Though I am confident the Camino will be a beautiful experience, its beauty will most certainly involve pain.  Those I offer pilgrimage for will have many sufferings offered for them along the way.
